Delete your ExpenseAll account
This page is for the ExpenseAll app and website operated by
TurnNet Labs LLC (Google Play / store listing: ExpenseAll).
Delete your account in the app (fastest)
- Sign in to ExpenseAll (the app or the website).
- Open the Account tab and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and your password to confirm. Deletion happens right away.
If you own a company, deleting your account also cancels its subscription and deletes that
company’s expenses, reports and receipt photos. If you are a team member, your login is deleted;
expense reports you submitted stay with your employer for their tax records.
Can’t sign in? Request deletion by email
-
Email
turnnetprotocol@proton.me
from the same email address you use to sign in to ExpenseAll.
- Use subject line: ExpenseAll account deletion request.
- Include your login email and company/business name (if any), and confirm you want the account closed and your personal data deleted.
- We will verify ownership and complete the request within 30 days (usually much sooner).
You can also reset a forgotten password from the sign-in page (“Forgot password?”) and then delete the account in the app.
Data deleted when your account is deleted
- Login credentials, sign-in sessions and account profile (email, hashed password, role)
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers tied to that account
- App preferences and biometric unlock flags for that user
- Personal notes and access to the ExpenseAll product for that user
Data that may be kept (and for how long)
-
Company expense / tax records (receipts, amounts, categories, mileage,
reports, approvals) owned by the paying company may be retained while that company
account remains active, or as needed for the company’s bookkeeping, audits, disputes,
and legal obligations — typically up to 7 years where tax retention
applies, or until the company owner requests company-wide deletion.
-
Billing records (Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, invoices)
may be retained as required for accounting, chargebacks, and tax/law —
typically up to 7 years.
-
Security / audit logs needed to protect the service or comply with law
may be retained for a limited period (generally up to 24 months), then deleted or anonymized.
Request deletion of some data without closing your account
Yes — email
turnnetprotocol@proton.me
and specify what to remove (for example specific expenses, receipts, or a push token).
Company admins can also edit or remove many expense records in-product without deleting the account.
