TurnNet Labs LLC · SaaS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ExpenseAll (the “Service”), operated by TurnNet Labs LLC (“TurnNet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, starting a trial, paying for a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company or organization you represent (“Customer”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
ExpenseAll is an independently developed expense product of TurnNet Labs LLC. ExpenseAll is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with SAP SE, Concur Technologies, Inc., or any SAP Concur product, nor with Expensify, Inc. or other third-party expense vendors, unless we expressly say so in a signed writing.
Names of third-party products (including “Concur,” “QuickBooks,” “NetSuite,” and “Xero”) may appear for identification or truthful comparison only. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners. No license to any third-party trademark is granted by these Terms.
ExpenseAll provides tools to capture expenses and receipts, apply company policy checks, submit and approve expense reports, and export data for tax or accounting workflows. Features may change as we improve the product. We do not provide tax, legal, accounting, or payroll advice. Exports and status labels (including “filed” and “reimbursed”) are operational tools; Customer remains responsible for tax filings, reimbursements, card programs, and books.
As between the parties, Customer owns Customer Data (expense lines, receipts, report metadata, and similar content Customer or its users submit). TurnNet does not claim ownership of Customer Data. You grant TurnNet a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
TurnNet owns the Service, software, branding, documentation, and aggregated/de-identified insights that do not identify Customer or individuals.
You will not, and will not allow users to:
The Service may rely on providers such as hosting, database, email, OCR, maps/location, push notifications, and Stripe for payments. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.
Native apps may request camera, photo library, notifications, biometrics, and location permissions (for example mileage tracking). You control device permissions. Location is used for product features you enable, not for selling personal data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURNNET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that exports will satisfy any particular auditor, tax authority, or ERP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURNNET’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY CUSTOMER TO TURNNET FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. TURNNET WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.
Customer will defend and indemnify TurnNet against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, Customer’s misuse of the Service, or Customer’s violation of law or these Terms, except to the extent caused by TurnNet’s willful misconduct.
Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 15 days after notice. You may stop using the Service and cancel paid plans as the billing portal allows. Upon termination we may delete or retain Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by law.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted in-product or by email when practical. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Courts in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable consumer protections where they apply.
